Eliminate conflict - everyone is right!

We often think one person is right.

Therefore the others are wrong.

This demonstration, with an object, shows how everyone can be certain and yet everyone says something different.

How can everyone be right!

To eliminate conflict - it is imperative that we learn how to see that everyone is right.

We simply all have a different perspective (which comes from our experiences, beliefs etc).

Once we aren't putting people in a "right" or "wrong" category, we have a new understanding and we can move on to learning how we can all work together.
